Instead of taking a birthday nap like I had originally planned, I spend my entire day yesterday working on the brim for a Warming Families hat.  Lands’ End sent me some enormous cones of FeelGood yarn and I wanted to play with Latvian Braid for a striped beanie.  I haven’t done any colorwork before this (except stripes), so holding the two strands was incredibly awkward the first four thousand times I tried to knit this.
