Talk about a giveaway! Mom’s Favorite Stuff is giving away over $250 worth of incredible prizes in honor of The Mindful Moms, a new site featuring articles on green living, budgeting, and travel. There’s something for everyone in this prize pack, and I’ve got my eye on the Haba toys for the new wee one.
Do check out the site while you’re at it (it’s required to enter into the contest!). There are a lot of sites out there for “real moms” and you just never know which direction they’ll go. I hope that this site maintains the level of hipness that it claims. It’s hard to run a parenting site, I’m sure, because that’s one of the hottest topics for women. Everyone has their own solid opinions about what should and shouldn’t be done. Not that this looks like it’ll just be about babies and cleaning the carpets. But still. You never know.
I’m looking forward to the content on Mindful Moms! They had a nice little post today about planning a Disney vacation. I back up every word. We stayed on at one of the resorts this past February and it was totally worth it. Every penny. If we were to go back, I’m sure we’d do it again, maybe trying one of the other resorts just for the heck of it.
