customs

It’s always busy around here, so I guess I need to stop writing that. I’ll just cut to what I’ve been busy with!

I knit these custom goldfish longies but my customer had to return them since the waistband’s a little too tight. I spent a good thirty minutes removing it and I’ll remake it today with a looser gauge. Getting the drawstring back in will be a little tricky but I have a plan.

Still waiting on my US #8 12″ circ to arrive in the mail so I can finish another custom. Once I’m done with the WWBN customs, I have two more customs to make.

In the plans is another set like I made for my favorite customer! My goldfish customer liked the Family Pendragon set I made so much that she wanted one for her dd. I got the yarn yesterday and it kills me to look at it and know that I can’t start it yet!

I need 8 pairs of hands.

Christmas projects are (obviously) on hold. I’m almost done with my dad’s wife’s shawl so I think I’ll be most relieved when that’s completely finished. I think that I might actually be able to go to the LYS today to get yarn for one of the Christmas projects, so that’s exciting! I may wait, though, so I can get one of Jamie’s gifts while I have the money. I hate budgeting; I need an accountant.

Know what you mean, (budgeting) I am my own accountant, but I am really bad at it!! I LOVE these Longies!!
