You see that delicious cake? I MADE IT! You can, too. It was seriously simple. As part of the Dole Make Me A Chef campaign, I got some coupons so I could try out some of Ben Ford’s recipes. This Angel Lush was the first one on my list and it was YUMMY.

Over at the Dole website, you can win a trip to LA to cook with Ben Ford! You can also enter the weekly drawings to win Dole gift bags with $100 in Dole products or one of two $500 Visa gift cards.
