I actually managed to get some sleep last night. We went to bed around ten, I read for a while, and slept until the baby got hungry.
We’re going to pick up the glasses this afternoon. I can’t wait to take pictures! Hopefully, I can convince ds2 to get dressed by then. He’s turned into quite the nudist. Every time I ask him, “Where’s your underwear?” he says no and runs into another room.
I need to get an expandable file thingie for my NFB paperwork. I want to organize my handouts, order forms, etc. Perhaps I’ll convince dh to take us all shopping tonight. I’d like to get out of the house but not by myself. Man, I have to remember to take the library movies back today when we leave to go get the glasses.
I finally learned how to do a front wrap cross carry with my Moby wrap. It’s a heck of a lot easier to do and I can do it while holding the baby. I like the hug hold I was doing, but I had to tie the wrap on first. I need to ask the girls in playgroup if anyone knows how to do a back carry. I want to learn, but am afraid to teach myself. Maybe I’ll practice with a stuffed animal or something, on the bed, with dh helping.
My dream was full of rage last night. I was really angry with everyone but I don’t remember why.
Off topic:
I find it really sad that this year’s American Idol winner is doing a commercial. How lame can you be? I didn’t watch a single episode this year (and haven’t since the first one). DH found it ironic that he’s singing about “possibilities” when he clearly has none. FOX has him so much by the nuts that he has to reduce himself to syndicated Ford commercials. It’s really sad.
