Stats on my Get Together this weekend: 46 evites sent, 15 responses, 1 attending (my blessed sister). I have a minimum to meet this quarter and I am barely there, not for lack of trying. If 10 people order StoryBooks before the end of the month, I’m there. And who doesn’t want a StoryBook? Today we are being lazy. I spent all day yesterday washing clothes and diapers and now I am tired of laundry-doing. In all the laundry that I did in the past two days, I used the dryer once. And that was because it started raining.
Hey, what’s up with the potty talk? I’ll admit, toilet humor is a fact of life, but in my house it has gotten almost completely out of hand! To make matters worse, “The Big Comfy Couch” today is about being rude; they’re making rude noises and making potty jokes. It’s not gross or anything, but I hope that there is a really good lesson to be learned. The boys are thoroughly enjoying the fart sounds…
