It’s almost ten and I’m just now enjoying my morning coffee? DH let me sleep in this morning, but that meant I only got to take a ten minute shower before all responsibilities were left to me.
I think I’ll keep this brief, though, since there are a lot of things to do around here. We were at my sister’s all day yesterday and didn’t get a thing done around the house. I did manage to do two scrapbook pages while I was over there, so at least I accomplished something.
The HABA clearance sale is underway and I’m anxious to see if it’s going to be successful if not for me, than for everyone else at NFB. There are some freakin sweet deals. If I had a little girl, I would totally get some of the cute jewelry. As it is, I’m not much of a girly girl these days, nor am I one to wear a lot of jewelry.
I wish I had batteries in my camera so I could show the world the hilarious picture of ds2 with his underwear on his head, sitting on the potty.
I’m concerned about our fish tank. DH brought home five fish this weekend, and they are just not looking good. They sit on the bottom all day until I feed them. I’ve tested the water, and the only thing wrong is that the ammonia level is slightly elevated. It’s been worse, so I’m thinking that they are just still in shock. We do need a new filter, but according to all the water tests, it shouldn’t be why they’re sitting on the bottom.
I think we’ve done it; ds2 is finally potty trained. We didn’t have any accidents all day yesterday! The only thing we need to work on now is modesty. When he has to go, he’ll immediately take off his pants & underwear no matter where he is, and he’ll run to the potty pantsless. It made for some hilarity while at my sister’s yesterday.
