The perfect sammich!

This egg sandwich is delicious. It probably isn’t the most healthy of breakfasts, but it sure hits the spot. Does any one else have particular cooking habits? I like to make things in exactly the same way. When I cook a quesadilla, I use sliced cheese, broken up into perfect triangles. Egg sandwiches are harder to execute in a perfectionist’s manner, but I at least have some control over prepping the toast.
I used to make them with mustard, not ketchup. One day when I was pregnant and we were out of mustard, I used ketchup instead. I’ve been hooked ever since! Jamie puts ketchup on his scrambled eggs.
Tell me about your bizarre cooking habits! Or eating habits. Note here or link me to a blog post about your peculiarities and I’ll draw names for a special knitted dishcloth.
EDIT: C’mon guys! I’ll draw names on Friday for the dishcloth. Tell your friends!

Ooh, a special knitted dishcloth!
I don’t know that I have very bizarre cooking habits, but we have a special way we make egg sandwiches. We make them vegetarian but as much like McDonald’s as possible. Strange combination, I know. Ok, so we get cheap English muffins, the cheapest fake cheese (we normally never eat American cheese for any other reason but egg sandwich cravings) and then eggs. We don’t have anything to make the fried eggs round, though we’ve experimented with various things. So we just fry them and cut them into halves or quarters so they’ll fit well. We add the cheese and egg to the English muffins and then wrap the whole thing in foil so it’ll melt. It does come out remarkably like an egg mcmuffin, but only if you use the cheap cheese. If you get the made with real milk kind, I’m afraid it just doesn’t melt right.
