so busy!
Posted by: LizzieMkay, so I finally got home from my sister’s house. I spent the whole day there and actually finished two pages in Corey’s album! I haven’t been working on albums since she moved because, well, I always worked at her house and she’s been too busy moving and stuff.
We’re having a HUGE event in September, though, and I hope my sales get supremely boosted by it. Whee!
Some dork on a bike smashed my driver’s side mirror while we were there, so I had to call the cops and get some form to send to my insurance to get it fixed. I’m not thrilled about having to take it in because of the whole Having Three Kids thing.
Other household junk that needs to be done:
1. Call pest control dudes again so we can get our annual ant problem nipped in the bud
2. Wash diapers
3. Get Jamie to actually take the trash out
4. Find out where to recycle our plastics
What sucks about living in this county is the lack of public waste management. Everyone who lives here has to have a commercial service do it and they don’t do recycling. If I had more time, I would find out more about why they don’t and see if I can get something done. As it is, I’m not a lobbyist, nor do I have the time and energy to devote to a project like that. In the meantime, we take our cans to the fire station and our paper/cardboard to a place downtown. The plastics are piling up, though, so it’s time to find somewhere to take them…
