Thanks for the giveaway… The Berry Smoothie recipe is a good basic version to which you can add different fruits that your kids like, even some yogurt added would give it an extra kick !!!

Try sending your children to school with things like pasta salads, veggies and dips (hummus travels well and is packed with nutrition!), soups in thermoses, and salads. Leftovers from dinner the night before can also make a great lunch.
