Even though she spends about 95% of her day sleeping, she is very particular about her sleeping places.  Lucy has her own “laundry basket” full of warm snuggles to sleep in and that’s where you can find her at night and the majority of the day.  Sometimes she sleeps behind the Christmas tree, on the rocking chair, or curled up on top of the kitty cave (how that’s comfortable, I don’t know).  In the mornings, though, she likes to sleep on the couch next to me while I drink my coffee & do computer-type things.  It’s the closest thing to cuddling as we can get with Lucy since she can’t tolerate being held–it makes her dizzy.

If we don’t push in the chairs at the kitchen table, Lucy thinks that she can bumble up there and get at eye level to tell us that there is no food in her dish.  She can’t jump up there otherwise, so I am constantly yelling at the kids to PUSH IN THE CHAIRS.  We don’t need Lucy fatting around on our eating place.
