TV Funhouse: Maraka?

Posted by: Lizzie

Amy at Swag Studio confessed that she hates Dora.  You know what?  ME TOO.  That reminded me of a TV Funhouse a friend of mine showed me.  So, for those of you in our boat who wish Dora would stop yelling at us and staring blankly until we’re seriously uncomfortable, enjoy!

I seriously can’t get enough. The first time I watched one of these little gems, I laughed so hard I couldn’t breathe. So enjoy this nugget of joy, then go watch some more awesomeness at Play Him Off, Keyboard Cat!

The US Postal Service’s Finest

Posted by: Lizzie

We got a “note” from our Saturday Postal Delivery Lady about the mule gate we have at the beginning of the driveway.  Our weekday Postal Service Man is the nicest man I’ve ever met and has never had a problem with our “GATE.”

  1. The note is written on a McDonald’s napkin.
  2. No one forced her to drive through the gate with her windsheild wipers on, so that’s her own dumb fault.
  3. If she has a problem bringing packages to our door, she does have the ability to leave a package slip in our mailbox.
  4. The mailbox is not inside the gate.
  5. She’s a bitch.

Your baby is as big as a huh? (part six)

Week 23: Your baby is all exotic and stuff! And I guess knitted tapirs like it, too?
(Tapirs love mangoes by Sasha Kopf)
Week 24: Woah, your baby is long and kernel-y.  And he come wrapped in a nifty package of leaves and silk!
(ear of chris cornell by Rakka)
Week 25: There’s a bizarre festival held at a NY farmer’s Market where people curl your baby across the snow.  I kid you not.
(Swede (The Vegetable) by nesnad)
Week 27: Since your baby is of the English variety this week, she is considered “burpless” because of her thin skin and near-seedlessness.  As long as she’s rolled up nicely in my sushi, seeds don’t matter one bit.
(English Cucumber by Our Enchanted Garden)
Come back next week to see how many varieties of cabbage your baby will be!

Your baby is as big as a huh? (part cinq)

Things are going to get interesting the bigger your baby gets.  Let’s see how…
Week 19:  Your baby is now a giant, deformed-looking variety of tomato that I’ve never heard of until today.  Maybe it would be good on sandwiches!
(Seattle Heirloom Tomatoes by libraryman)
Week 20:  Your baby is now the essential component of a delicious ice cream treat!  Or as long as one anyhow.
(it is not a banana by -eko-)
Week 21: I like making salads with your baby.  Don’t forget the raisins!
(Spuvy & Carrots macro by nadja.robot)
Week 22:  Your baby is just…WEIRD.
(spaghetti squash is the best by breezeDebris)
Next week your baby takes on some pretty unusual shapes.  More unusual than this week?  You’ll be surprised…
