Woah!
Posted by: LizzieAs always, I’ve been super-busy! Ever since Jamie graduated, we’ve been trying to find a new rhythm in the house. We’re crossing his fingers for him to get a new job for the fall. Let’s hope a group of kids will be calling him Mr. Grant soon!
Amidst the chaos, creativity is always close. Above are the customs I knit up for a trade. I’m a little sad that I can’t keep them because I adore the colors. But. Simon needs trainers! Maybe I can find some more of this colorway and knit him some shorties later. Anyone have some TIG “Garrett” stashed away? I NEED SOME.
I also finished my creation for the Softie Swap and got it mailed off. When I know he’s reached his destination, I’ll post a pic. I don’t want to ruin the surprise.
Can you believe Simon turned two? And Aiden’s about to be five in a week? These kids are growing up too fast. Corey was in the kitchen a little while ago working on some origami. They taught him how to make a swan in Sunday School, so ever since he’s been fascinated.
Welp. I better get back to it. Aiden wants a special friend for his birthday (he was sad to see the Softie go bye-bye). Also, there’s housework to be done…
